Capture Records
Scanning
Scanned images can be directly loaded into the system. The capture of medata data (definable) takes place via a task issued to the responsible user.
Adobe eForm
Adobe eForms can be pushed directly into the system. All fields can be mapped to database field. The forms are mailed into the system from any user.

Web Service
Records can be added to the system with SOAP or REST web services from external applications.

The system has two distinct methods for incoming email. The first is filing personal email directly from Outlook. The second is where the system monitors the mailbox of a specific mailbox. All mail in the inbox is pulled into the system.

Folder Monitor
The system has a client application that is stored on a device. This client will monitor a folder(s) and any document laced in that folder will be imported into a specific type of record in the system.

Form
Forms can be defined in the system. Forms are either completed to start a workflow or can be given to a user during the execution of a workflow to complete.

InterConnect
The system has the ability to split an installation for users that access a Cloud-Based system (external users to the organisation) and a On-Premises based system. The two system can exchange data seamlessly. This approach is used if the portal type solution of external stakeholders is required.

Data Import
The system has the option to import data from external applications or via a file upload (CSV or Excel).
